Com lançamento previsto para a primavera Londrina, Pro Patria Mori é o novo álbum do projeto solo de Ian McCulloch. Nos dias 14 e 15 de abril, o SESC recebeu na unidade de Pinheiros duas apresentações do líder e fundador da banda Echo & The Bunnymen. Em um repertório com clássicos do grupo, de sua carreira solo nos álbuns Candleland, Mysterio e Slidling e também com canções inéditas como Different Trees, Lift Me Up & Watch Me Land de seu quarto álbum. Pro Patria Mori - um álbum gravado em Liverpool e Henley com produção de Rupert Christie - é o resultado de um ciclo de trabalho de McCulloch que tem como objetivo dar continuidade ao projeto Slideling de 2003. Declaradamente influenciado por Lou Reed, Jim Morisson, Iggy Pop e Leonard Cohen, para os shows no SESC Pinheiros, o artista foi acom! panhado por um quarteto de cordas.
